Villa with incredible sea views and a pool, sleeps up to 7 guests
This spacious 150 m² villa is spread over three levels and has been designed to make the most of its stunning sea views.
The main floor features a bright living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
On this level, you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The lower level offers a second lounge with direct access to the terrace, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access, as well as a fourth bedroom, currently arranged as a library with a single bed. The master bedroom occupies the upper floor and includes an en-suite bathroom and access to a spectacular private terrace with panoramic views over the bay, the port and the surrounding mountains.
Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, it is the perfect place to unwind with a drink while taking in the scenery. Outside, the villa boasts several terraces with sun loungers, a dining area, a 25 m² private swimming pool and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off on warm Mallorca days. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi throughout the property, a portable gas barbecue, a safe, an alarm system and diesel central heating for the cooler months. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 70 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. This house has heating by diesel, paid on the metre rate, that's 1€ per litre not included in the booking price that has to be paid on the check out day. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. There is a safe in the property, also there is an alarm system. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Youth groups are not allowed. Hooligans are not allowed. This property is not adapted for disabled guests. *IMPORTANT: Check-ins after 21:00 are only possible upon prior authorization.
Approved late check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 will incur an additional fee equivalent to 50% of one night’s rate.
Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are not permitted under any circumstances.
Guests arriving after 23:00 will only be able to check in the following day from 10:00 onwards.

Uns hat die traumhafte Lage besonders gut gefallen und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus
Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und die Kaffeemaschinen waren defekt oder nicht gereinigt!

Utsikten var veldig fin og mange terrasser å nyte den fra.
Litt vel gammeldags innredning - som å være på besøk hos besteforeldre.
Utstyret i kjøkkenet var slitt og meget mangelfullt - man fikk ikke lyst å lage mat i huset. Sikringene i huset gikk ofte uten at vi fant årsaken.

The views are spectacular. They really make this a very special place to holiday. We will definitely book again. Location is superb, close to Port D'Andratx which is beautiful. Air con in each room a real bonus.
