Whether you’re beginning a Scotland road trip or enjoying a slower-paced city stay, Classic Marchmont Charm delivers comfort, authenticity and an excellent location in one of Edinburgh’s most desirable districts. The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation. - Booking Requirements - One member of the booking party must be over 25 years.
We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to vet any booking. This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £17.5 damage waiver.
The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £5 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in. - Important - This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.

We had a really lovely stay - the flat was in good condition, with all the amenities you'd expect. It's a great spot and, as we already knew Edinburgh well, a good location to walk to touristy spots and the university.

The rooms were clean and kitchen was great, beds were comfy, the house does have a strong unique musty smell.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement spacieux dans ce quartier paisible, avec le charme de l'ancien.
Un petit cadeau de bienvenue et quelques jeux pour les enfants auraient été apprécié pour se sentir encore mieux accueillis !
