Villa with swimming pool and beautiful view of the sea. This villa has 4 bedrooms so that it can accommodate a total of 8 people. The villa is ideal for sun holidays with larger families.
The holiday villa is within walking distance of the beach of Arenys de Mar where you can spend a nice quiet day on your towel. This town is known for its fishing port, recognized as the most important in Catalonia, where the auction of freshly caught fish takes place every evening. A wide range of restaurants in the harbor offers first-class seafood and other typical dishes from the area.
On the ground floor you will find a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a double bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace with very beautiful sea views.
A utilities & service fee of EUR 170,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
