The bathroom is complete with a shower and features a functional, contemporary design. The double bed measures 1.50 meters wide by 2.00 meters long. Original architectural and historic elements were preserved during the building’s renovation, such as the walls and a beautiful exposed brick arch surrounding the studio, adding unique elegance and charm. The location is unbeatable: Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two of Seville’s most beautiful spots, rich in history and tradition.

This place was fantastic! Served our family of 4 (2 adult kids) perfectly with 3 bedrooms/3 baths. The apartment was super clean and the location was simply outstanding. The Genteel Home hotel group ownership were extremely responsive and helpful...all in all...would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great location within the old city but still removed from the noise of the busier streets. The layout of the apartment was fantastic and although it was a ground level unit sunlight was abundant and there were no privacy concerns.
