The Grade II listed cottage is a former shooting residence of the Earl of Marlborough.
The building dates back to the 1700s and has retained many of its original features but has recently undergone a thorough modernisation.
The original slate floor in the kitchen and huge inglenook fireplace provide a cosy setting for a family get together in front of the wood-burning stove.
The private hot tub in the enclosed garden with views out over the valley provide a great setting any time of the year.
The cottage has three double bedrooms, all located upstairs, along with the luxurious family bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath.
The second bedroom can be slpit either between a super-king sized bed or a twin, depending on your preference.
Downstairs is the living room and also kitchen/dining room with its incredible log burner which is a great feature under the huge mantle during the winter months.
The garden at the rear of the property provides some wonderful views of the valley, especially from the hot tub which is a popular feature with guests.
Booking terms: - Regretfully pets cannot stay at Tegannedd. - The hit tub cannot be used after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours. - £250 security deposit in place.

The house is very well presented with the added bonus of the hot tub (with amazing views).
Location excellent for the 2 x Zip World sites we visited and Harlech Beach!
We had a great time here and would definitely return / recommend to friends.

We had such a lovely stay here this weekend! As a family of 5 there was plenty of room for everyone. All the facilities were perfect! The cottage was clean and the rooms were a great size! Was a great location for zip world and snowdon! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

This was a very clean, compact and well-located bnb. It has everything you need for a weekend walking and exploring North Wales. The instructions to find and access the property were simple and clear. The info folders were also super helpful for local information. We had a lovely stay and would rebook if returning to the area.
