The famous Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip are just a 3-minute walk away. The location is very peaceful yet just a couple of minutes' walk to the main Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay. The surroundings are excellent and the sea views are to die for. Villa Aretousa has got to be one of the very best villas in the whole of the Protaras and Ayia Napa region.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Lovely Villa with great location, pool was fabulous only one issue with the toilet smelling in one of the bedrooms that was improved on but not fixed properly.
Other than that good communications and everything else worked.

We had a brilliant time staying at this villa. Garden and pool were great for the children. The villa was lovely and clean, well equipped. Location was perfect.
