Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial set). Swimming pool and garden maintenance. One baby bed and High Chair (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE: Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. Obligatory final cleaning Euro 160. Heating Euro 2 per m3 (if used). The owner and Easy Reserve staff could not have been more helpful. All communications were prompt and friendly, especially with the Easy Reserve What’s App. We really appreciated the beautiful pool area.
