Panoramic position overlooking the valley and Arezzo. This beautiful farmhouse is set in the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys, in a panoramic position with a superb view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo. Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, completely fenced, and equipped with gazebo and garden furniture, which merges harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment. To one side of the garden there is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) and an hydro massage bath (6 seats - on payment). All around the property there are conifer and oak woods which guarantee fresh and clean air but also maximum privacy.
Furniture and the large villa equipment. The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV (3), barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use. Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence. At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels. Even your small size four-legged friends are welcome here. BASEMENT: Laundry room with washing machine and iron, gym with bench, tapis roulant, step, cyclette etc... GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting room with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower suitable for disabled (except for the shower). With separate access there is also sitting-dining room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: twin bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: dish-washers (3), satellite TV, oven, washing machine, freezer (3), fly screens, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, small electric oven, toaster, highchair (2), Wi-Fi Internet access, fans in every bedroom.

Een fijn en schoon huis in een rustige en mooie omgeving. Ook de gastvrijheid van de huiseigenaren was fijn om te ervaren. Het zwembad is een heerlijke manier om verkoeling te zoeken tijdens warm weer. Het zwembad en de tuin worden regelmatig onderhouden. De bedden zijn alleen niet van hele goede kwaliteit en sommige douches zijn aan vervanging toe.
