Duplex comprising of a set of 5 houses, located in 2nd line of sea, to 50m of a precious fine sand beach called “Cala Calafaté”.
It has all the conforts (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwawe oven and washing machine).
On the first level, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with 1 sofa-bed), wich opens on to a terrace (with terrace furniture).
It has an inside stair case and the first floor consists of 1 bedroom with bunk-beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (this room has an exit to a terrace), and 1 bathroom with a shower. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
There are many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them very quiet and some of them untouched.
A perfect place to walk on the GR-92 route, go for a bike ride, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi.
On the Costa Dorada, is were you will find the Calafat urbanization sea front, racing circuit and marina of the same name.

El apartamento perfecto, la terraza superior con unas vistas espectaculares Nos pusieron al lado de un grupo de gente joven que hasta las 4/5 no dejaban de gritar y eso que 2 días antes llame para solicitar un apartamento tranquilo ya que somos 2 e íbamos con intención de madrugar y bucear

Buenos dias decir que la agencia han sido muy amables y han sido todo facilidades. El apartamento estaba perfecto tal y como nos habían dicho con todo lo necesario para la estancia de los 6 que estábamos cómodos y amplios esperamos poder seguir disfrutando com ustedes un saludo No podemos destacar nada negativo

Muy bien ubicado, al lado de una calita en un lugar muy tranquilo e indicado para familias con niños.
En el apartamento había todo tipo de utensilios.
Todo bien para check-in y check-out.
