It is built on a 1086 m2 plot with a garden with lawn, trees and palm trees, a 8 x 4 swimmingpool and barbecue.
It is 200 m from the beach.
The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace wich opens onto a terrace with views of the garden and swimmingpool, a fully furnished kitchen, and has a laundry room wich opens to outside shower and washing line, 1 full bathroom and 1 double bedroom.
It has an inside stair case and the first floor consist of 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 double bedroom with a bathroom and balcony, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk and 2 singles beds, and 1 full bathroom.
The capacity of the garage is for 2 cars.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
They are beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them without crowds and some of them untouched.
A perfect scenario to walk on the GR-92 route, take a bike, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi.
On the Costa Dorada, there is the Calafat sea front, where we find the urbanization, racing circuit and marina of the same name.
The quiet and high standing urbanization of Calafat , with more than 2 km of coastline, is located in the municipality of the fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, known for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park and you can try one of the restaurants where the best rice in the country is cooked.
You can dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sailing on a modern and innovative catamaran.

Limpieza!!!!
Cocina y mobiliario, en general, muy antiguo y estropeado.
Ubicación ideal. Lo mejor, la terraza.

Muy bien el jardin. Entorno muy tranquilo. Baños muy amplios.
Se podría mejorar: identificar que llave va con cada cerradura y dejar un poco mas de papel higienico
