With a full sea view, a terrace to enjoy it from, and the natural sandy beach just 100 metres away, your seaside escape awaits. This charming family home welcomes up to five guests and offers one of Son Serra de Marina's most treasured views—sweeping panoramas of the Bay of Alcúdia stretching across sea and mountains.
Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed interior that captures the serene colours of coastal Mallorca. The second-floor open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining area, and lounge flow together beneath large windows framing those spectacular sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home cooking—from a Nespresso coffee machine to comfort essentials like oil, salt, and pepper—along with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and free WiFi keeps you connected whenever you need it. Downstairs, three comfortable bedrooms suit different needs: the master bedroom features a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom, while two further bedrooms—one with two single beds and one with a single bed—share a shower room. A separate guest WC is conveniently located near the lounge.
All bedrooms and common areas benefit from air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable. The real magic lies on the sunny terrace, where loungers, sofas, and a dining table invite you to linger over meals or simply gaze at the view.
An outdoor shower provides a refreshing rinse on warm days. This non-smoking home is fenced for privacy and welcomes families.
A crib and high chair are available on request for little ones, and a detailed guest handbook helps you settle in and explore the region.

If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. Bookings also taken for December to March.
Long winter rental prices on request. Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 50 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time. We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. No pets allowed.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, helles Haus mit einer sehr schönen Dach Terrasse. Sowohl vom Wohnraum und der Terrasse ist der Blick wunderbar auf’sMeer. Alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kontakt mit dem spanischen Eigentümer war freundlich und jederzeit möglich
