Beautiful rustic house, lined with Mallorcan stone in the city of Inca, with private pool and capacity for 4 guests.
The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing.
A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family.
Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby. The house is approximately 135 m² on one floor and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning.
For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
There are two bathrooms with showers.
The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cosy and has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning.
A second separate dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C.
The separate gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes.
There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car.
Inca is a small town in the centre of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products.
In addition, this town is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan specialities, and its traditional Thursday market.
This market has been held continuously for more than seven centuries.
The chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is well worth a visit.
On the other hand, for those who wish to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes by car, you can reach the north coast and the fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
In the area, if you explore a little, you will find small sandy or rocky coves. Access road shared with a nearby neighbour. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
