Apartment for 2/4 guests: this lovely apartment is located on the second floor of a building.
It is in walking distance from downtown of Porto Azzurro.
It has an independent entrance from an external stair and it is composed by a living room with a masonry kitchenette (complete with four gas burners, oven, refrigerator with small freezer) and a double sofa bed; a bedroom with double bed; a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outside, two terraces equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
New and very comfortable furnishings, with TV and A/C. The apartment has not a private parking place, but there are some public parkings space nearby. Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 pm. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: A/C, electricity, water, gas, etc. included. Final cleaning: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Linen: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed.
Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
