With two bedrooms, a bathroom and a lovely kitchen, the flat is ideal for a family (a couple with a child), groups of friends or colleagues. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a sofa, a TV and a dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, hob, sink, fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher… - A bedroom with a double bed (160x200) - A bedroom with a double bed (160x200) - A bathroom with a shower, washbasin, washing machine, heated towel rail and toilet Located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with easy, free on-street parking Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park on the street – parking is easy and free As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Public transport: The ‘Gare’ metro station is 1 km away (14 mins’ walk) and 2.2 km away (7 mins’ drive); here you’ll find metro lines A and B, as well as bus routes C1, 11 and C2 - Nearest station: Rennes rail and coach station, 1 km away (14 mins’ walk) and 2.2 km away (7 mins’ drive) - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, 7.2 km away (16 minutes’ drive); Nantes Airport, 130 km away (1 hour 30 minutes’ drive). La hubicasion ..el apartamento es muy cómodo dos habitaciones... excelente limpieza y la persona de la agencia que entrega las llaves es muy amable...un primer piso ... Edificio tranquilo

Meine Familie und ich müssten wir die erste Nacht im Hotel verbringen, weil die Wohnung für uns noch nicht vorbereitet war. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön und angenehm, sehr gemütliche und ruhige Gegen. Die Wohnung hat kein Privatparkplatz und öffentliche Parkplätze sind nicht kostenlos.

Nous avons souhaité un changement d’horaire d’arrivée. Il a fallu plusieurs relances pour que la personne qui fournit les clés puisse nous recevoir.
Le logement était sale, cuisine où tout collait. Nous avons dû en arrivant laver la vaisselle. Les poignets et les étagères des placards sont collantes. Des déchets dans le canapé, etc.
Ils ont renvoyé une personne pour nettoyer mais peu de résultat.
