Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this lovely 32 m² flat, nestled at the foot of the “Gros Caillou” and situated on the raised ground floor of a typical building in the Croix-Rousse neighbourhood.
A perfect base for your leisure or business stays. It enjoys plenty of natural light, typical of the traditional Croix-Rousse ‘Canut’ flats, and is situated on a quiet street. The flat is laid out as follows: - A living room with a single-person sofa bed, a television and Wi-Fi. - A fully equipped kitchen: kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a bar table with high chairs, perfect for enjoying a convivial meal. - A separate bedroom with a bed (160x200), a glass partition offering a view of the living area (which can be screened off with a curtain), a fitted wardrobe with hanging space and storage. - A bathroom with a bath, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a washing machine. - A separate toilet. Transport: - Metro: Line C, Croix-Rousse stop - Buses: 2, 33, 45, C13, C19, C26, C28 - Part-Dieu station: take the C13, 30-minute journey - To get to Saint-Exupéry Airport: 1 hour on the C13 from Croix-Rousse to Part-Dieu, then the Rhône Express for 30 minutes. Croix-Rousse is a neighbourhood brimming with small local shops (grocery shops, restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, butchers, etc.). The main street of Croix-Rousse is perfect for strolling from shop to shop, and there’s a market every day on Boulevard de la Croix-Rousse.
A neighbourhood with breathtaking views of Lyon, and plenty of stairways leading down to the Presqu’île district on foot. Property was very clean and all good appliances etc. good location and easy walk to shops, restaurants & bars etc. the only small negative was the smell of paint fumes in the hallway before entering the apartment, other than that it was perfect
