Situated between the Beaufortain and Aravis mountains, between Megève and Albertville, the flat is ideally located just a stone's throw from the slopes (185 km of skiable terrain) and the lake.
- Flumet in winter: a medium-altitude village resort with a ski area linked to the heart of the Espace Diamant, totalling over 185 km of pistes. A slalom stadium, boarder-cross, toboggan runs, themed snowshoe outings, ski school, yooner, snowscoot...
- In summer, Flumet is a tourist hub on the Grandes Alpes route, and the starting point for numerous excursions and hikes. Val d'Arly Mont Blanc boasts 30 mountain bike trails, 300 km of signposted hiking trails, a lake for swimming, playgrounds and picnic areas.
