Located near the port of Dahouët, this pretty house, tastefully decorated, has all the comforts for a successful family vacation! Beach, hikes and discovery of the Emerald Coast will be at the rendez-vous.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden with a terrace for sunbathing.
Outdoor parking spaces. The house: First floor: - Modern and bright living room with TV lounge and dining area with convivial dining table - Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, coffee maker, hotplates, refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc. - A master bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm and its adjoining shower room - WC Second floor: - Bedroom 1 : double bed 140 x 190 cm - Bedroom 2 : double bed 140 x 190 cm - Bedroom 3 : two single beds - Bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and shower Exterior: - Nice terrace of 32 m² furnished with barbecue where you can have your meals. - Large lawn to relax after a busy day. Land of 800 m². - Parking spaces in the yard for 4 cars Nearby: The city center is only 13 minutes away on foot and you will find many stores, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The large sandy beach of Val André is 5 minutes away by car, or via the free shuttle in season (stop at 5mn walk). In the port of Dahouët you will find a bakery, an art gallery, restaurants, an organic shop, second-hand goods, the "comptoir de la mer", a bookshop Activities : You will be seduced by the location of this house you can enjoy both the proximity of the city and its shops, restaurants, Casino, cinema, market, Thalasso located in the city center of Pléneuf-Val-André and many activities nearby, catamarans, sand yachting, kitesurfing, paragliding, accrobranches, hiking, golf tennis ... Transportation: - Parking is possible on the property and in the street (free). - Free shuttle bus in season (stop 5mn walk). Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. - Free Wifi available - The house is equipped with solar panels to power the house - A composter at your disposal - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. Iroise excellent séjour, conforme à la description, très bel emplacement, proximité du port et commerces et à 10 min à pied d'une plage. Maison très bien équipé et agréable.
