Situated between Laon and Soissons, close to tourist attractions, this charming 3-star listed country house welcomes you for a peaceful stay filled with family walks.
You’ll be able to enjoy the large garden and its orchard for moments of culinary delight and relaxation. The house, with a floor area of 170 m² and tastefully decorated, offers all the comfort and essential facilities for a perfect stay! It comprises a living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and five bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.
Large garden of 2,800 m². Linen is provided, beds are made on arrival and wood is provided for the wood-burning stove. The property: A country farmhouse in a peaceful setting with a large garden (approx. 2,800 m²) and lovely views of the countryside and the nearby private castle. On the ground floor: - A separate sitting room with two sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing in peace. - A lovely, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. - A dining room with a large table and a sitting area with sofas and armchairs around a cosy wood-burning stove (wood provided). - Bathroom with a bath and double washbasins - Laundry room: washing machine/tumble dryer, ironing board and iron - A storage room - Separate toilet - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). View of the garden. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed, with a chest of drawers and a small sitting area with armchairs and a table - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a wardrobe, dressing table and bench.
One single bed (90 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 3: bedroom with two pull-out beds and a cot, sleeping four children and a baby. - Bedroom 4: A queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a chest of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe - Shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet. - On the landing, you’ll find a relaxation area: a pull-out bench (160 x 200 cm) and a TV, a desk, a cabinet with books and games, and floor cushions for relaxing. Outdoor areas: - A magnificent private garden of approximately 2,800 m², fully enclosed.
The wooded garden features fruit trees such as walnut, mirabelle plum, apple, apricot and peach trees.

Genoeg slaapkamers en genoeg ruimte buiten met voldoende zitplaatsen, ligstoelen, fietsen en speelgoed.
De houtkachel was ook erg fijn voor de frisse avonden.
De douche in de badkamer boven was erg vies. De rest van het huis en de ruimtes waren voldoende schoon.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis. Alexandra a été très réactive dans nos échanges, ce qui était fort agréable et pratique lorsqu’il faut organiser un week-end pour 10 personnes.
Je recommande ce logement pour profiter d’un lieu au calme.
