Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor, with a surface area of 40 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, it comprises a beautiful living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom on the mezzanine and a shower room. With little direct sunlight, this apartment offers a cozy, pleasant atmosphere, perfect for those who prefer a quieter, more protected setting. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with bed made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises - A living room with a sitting area comprising a sofa - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc. - Dining area with table and chairs First floor: - A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x190), TV and dressing room - Shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, etc. The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Neighbourhood : - You'll be right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions (restaurants, shops, cultural venues, nightlife, etc.), but you'll also enjoy absolute peace and quiet. - You can get around on foot and transport links are close by (bus, metro station République or Sainte-Anne). - You're just 2 minutes from Place des Lices and its Saturday morning market, 2 minutes from the Town Hall, 2 minutes from the Parliament of Brittany and 1 minute from Place Sainte-Anne.
All on foot... Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public car park.
