The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this lovely, fully-equipped flat for rent for your holiday! Situated on the first floor of a secure residential complex with an indoor swimming pool, the flat features a living area with a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a furnished balcony and a lovely terrace, offering you a lovely sea view! The beach is right on your doorstep and accessible from the residential complex via a small private path.
The accommodation:
With a floor area of 50 m², the flat can accommodate up to 6 people and is laid out as follows:
- Living area with TV lounge
- Fully fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, crockery, hob, dishwasher), high table seating for 4 people.
- Furnished balcony with garden furniture, sea view.
- Bedroom 1: 140 double bed
- Bedroom 2: 160 double bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90)
- Bathroom 1: shower + washbasin
- Bathroom 2: shower + washbasin
- Separate toilet
For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request)
Outdoors:
- A lovely wooden terrace with a dining table for your meals and drinks, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing, heated and offering a lovely sea view.
In the residential complex:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging point.
Neighbourhood:
- Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach.
- A 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and the Ferris wheel… as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
- This location is ideal for a wonderful holiday.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 1 vehicle.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Free public car park nearby
- Public transport nearby: bus stop a few metres away
- Nearest railway station: Agde station, about 10 mins by car (7 km)
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport, approximately 20 minutes’ drive away (14 km)
Other notes:
- Access to the flat is via a rather narrow spiral staircase
- We have additional properties available in this complex if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place.

Die Lage und Umgebung ist super.
Die Gläser und Geschirr waren teilweise defekt.Viele Dinge in Küche fehlten.Auch Seife und Toilettenpapier,alles musste ich kaufen.Kopchtöpfe passten nicht zusammen.Alte Kaffemschine,sehr rdimentäre Ausstattung.
1 Dusche war nicht mehr zu verwenden rostiger Rand und schlecht gereinigt.
Lange nicht gelüftet und Ledercouch durchgesessen und alt.EInrichtung im Preisverhältnis sehr billig .

Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
L'appartement correspond bien à l'annonce. Reçu aucun message de consigne pour le départ.
Les + de L'appartement : belle terrasse avec vue sur mer magnifique, parking et piscine.
Points à améliorer: renouveller vaisselles, manque une plancha, lits pas fait à l'arriver sachant que j'avais pris l'option draps. Sinon je recommande cet appartement.
