In the commune of Enchastrayes, we offer this charming 49 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 5 people, with a ski station within walking distance. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom with bath.
The accommodation comprises
- A 16 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (equipped with 2 80 cm mattresses)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A large mezzanine with a double bed (160×200), two single beds (90 cm), wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- Balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Enchastrayes, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are just a 400-metre walk away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.
Activities :
- Barcelonnette 5 km away
- Lac de Jausiers 10 km away
- Lac du Lauzet 20 km away
- Ubaye river 4 km away
- Le Sauze resort: Le Sauze is one of France's oldest ski resorts, having welcomed the first ski pioneers as early as 1934. A vintage resort par excellence, here time stands still and you're guaranteed a return to your roots.
- In the Chapeau de Gendarme and Brecs cirques, the call of nature is everywhere, and you'll want to set off to discover the trails: through larch woods, along streams, up into the mountain pastures, meeting the shepherds and coming face to face with the ibex.
On the way back, you'll enjoy village life: welcoming terraces, friendly shopkeepers, swimming pool, cinema, tennis courts, fun activities and a varied entertainment programme.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private basement car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Annot station, about 2 hours away by car.
- Free shuttle buses 50 metres away.
- The detachable 6-seater chairlift will take you to the top of the slopes more quickly.
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A ski room with your own cupboard, operated by the flat key.
- When you leave the ski room, go up a few log steps or cross the building opposite and put on your ski boots...
- Ski boots can be removed from the ski room and brought into the flat.
- Access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder with Chinese steps.
- Household linen is optional and must be booked at the laundry in Barcelonnette, at an additional cost (payment to be made to our partner on site). Please book one week before your arrival. You can collect your linen from the launderette before entering the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
