We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Enchastrayes, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 49 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 16 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom with bath.
The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, sofa bed (equipped with 2 mattresses of 80 cm)
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A large mezzanine with a double bed (160×200), two single beds of 90 cm, wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers
- A bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Outside :
- Balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Enchastrayes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops within 400 metres on foot, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- Barcelonnette at 5 km
- Lake of Jausiers at 10 km
- Lake of Lauzet at 20 km
- River Ubaye at 4 km
- Le Sauze resort: Le Sauze is one of the oldest ski resorts in France, having welcomed the first ski pioneers as early as 1934. A vintage resort par excellence, here time stands still and a return to its roots is guaranteed.
- The Chapeau de Gendarme and Brecs cirque, the call of nature is everywhere; you will be keen to discover the trails: crossing the larch woods, walking along the streams, going up to the mountain pastures, meeting the shepherds and coming face to face with the ibex.
On the way back, you will enjoy village life: welcoming terraces, helpful shopkeepers, swimming pool, cinema, tennis, fun activities and a varied entertainment programme.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private underground car park of the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Annot train station, about 2 hours away by car
- Free shuttle bus at 50 meters.
- The 6-seater detachable chairlift will get you to the top of the slopes more quickly.
Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- A ski room with your own cupboard, operated with the flat key.
- When you leave the ski room, you go up a few log steps or through the building opposite and put your ski boots on...
- Ski boots are to be removed in the ski room and can be carried into the flat.
- The access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder with Chinese steps
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Please give one week's notice. You will need to collect the linen from our partner, about 10 minutes' drive from the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
