There’s also a guest toilet on this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, there are three welcoming bedrooms.
The master and second bedrooms each have a double bed, blackout blinds, and air-conditioning.

Lovely villa in great location

The Villa is recently built and is in top condition and in a great location for Green Bay beach and convenient for Protaras and Ayia Napa. Furnished very well and very well equipped and clean. En-suites in every bedroom a real bonus. Communication both before the holiday and during with Margarita was excellent

Good communication between the company and ourselves from start to finish. Villa is in a complex with others around however we did not feel over looked. Close to a couple of stores and a few minutes walk to local beaches. Well equipped.

Location was lovely and quiet, the villa was clean and just beautiful, roof top terrace was a big bonus both for night drinks and sunbathing. Communication from Margarita was excellent. Lovely hamper on arrival was a nice touch
