The apartment CAP DE ARAN A1 is located in the prestigious Cap de Aran building, renowned for its proximity to the access point of the Baqueira Beret ski resort, with the gondola lift at cota 1500 just a step away from the street.

On the main floor, you will find a spacious living-dining area with an integrated kitchen, opening onto a cozy balcony with mountain views, and equipped with a pellet stove for optimal comfort.
The lower floor is dedicated to the bedrooms: it includes a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed, along with an additional bathroom.
The rental includes a parking space and a ski storage locker within the same building.

El apartamento está fenomenal, es amplio y muy cómodo. La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Seguramente repetiremos. Y toda la organización, logística y comunicación con Luderna ha sido muy profesional, hacen que todo resulte sencillo y cómodo.
