The apartment, a duplex penthouse, is located in the old quarter of Vielha, next to the church of Sant Miquèu, the Urtau tapas bar, the Town Hall and all the services of the capital of the Val d'Aran.
Surrounded by 3-storey buildings that have preserved the aesthetics of stone and slate, so characteristic of the area.
The rent includes parking space and WiFi.
Distributed over two floors, furnished in a modern mountain style.
On the warmth of the first floor there is a living-dining room with kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds and single bed and a large bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs is the master double bedroom and another bathroom.
Totally refurbished and redecorated in autumn 2016.
It has beautiful views of the old town of Vielha, the mountain of Gausac and on the other side to Baqueira and the slopes. - GREAT! The rental includes wifi connection during your stay with us. - GREAT! The rental also includes a parking space at the foot of the slopes with ski locker. - GREAT! One more summer and during the months of July and August, our clients will be able to discover the corners of the Aran Valley accompanied by the guide Miquel Comes Arderiu (the programme includes accompanying guide, accident and civil liability insurance). - GREAT! Discover our VALLEDEARAN guides, more than forty completely free publications in which we tell you about our favourite spots in the Aran Valley. - All our accommodation is fully equipped and includes hotel-quality bed and bath linen for your stay with us.
For the comfort of your family: towels of superior grammage, "bath blanket" size for your showers, white duvet covers always on all our beds. - A small cleaning kit (cloth, scourer, dishwasher) and a toilet kit (small shampoo, gel and bar of soap), a roll of toilet paper per bathroom will be provided on arrival.
You WILL NOT find any other cleaning or toilet products in the house.
Nor will you find any food unless you ask us for it, in which case we will give you the instructions to buy it on-line in our collaborating supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) and we will leave it in the fridge of your flat.

Upon arrival we will give you a list of our favourite restaurants. - With our Guided Check-in programme you will be able to access your house or flat with total freedom, always with the guarantee of a team that will take care of you before and during your stay with us.
