Come and discover the beautiful medieval town of Dinan and stay in this magnificent half-timbered house, typical of the Brittany region! Located right in the centre of town, leave your car behind and explore the charming cobbled streets of the town with friends or family, or head for the sublime Emerald Coast and its breathtaking scenery.
Rated 4*, this 16th-century building spans 140 m² over 3 levels and has all the comforts you need for a successful stay: a lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, and two shower rooms.
The house: Located in a pleasant area to live, this home is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A beautiful dining room with a large reception table with seating for 8. - A very cosy lounge with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a table with 2 seats, a TV, a washbasin and a decorative fireplace. - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a pull-out bed (sleeps 2, 90 cm x 190 cm) with an en suite bathroom with bath and washbasin. - A shower room with shower, washbasin, storage and WC. - Separate WC.
Second floor: - Bedroom 4: large attic room with exposed beams where you will find two areas with on one side a King-Size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and below, accessible by 3 steps, a trundle bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) a children's desk and coffee table, a TV. - A shower room with shower, washbasin, storage space and WC.
