This stunning detached holiday lodge is located in a superb position, on the same site as the largest waterwheel powering a corn mill, still working in England today and virtually unaltered since the 18th century - still in ownership of the same family for over 250 years.

Visitors to the area are a 1-mile walk from the town centre, where you will find High Town and Low Town, plus the famous cliff railway.

There are good road links to the rest of south Shropshire including Ludlow, Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury, where you can enjoy anything from castles, festivals, and horse racing to the events at Theatre Severn.

Stayed at the hurstings. June 2023. Very nice cottage. Excellent location. Very picturesque with the Mill and viaduct on site. Easy access to Bridgnorth via public footpath along River severn. All in all an excellent week. With great weather to boot!

A quirky but beautiful holiday home. The Hurstings is in a lovely location, next to Daniels Mill and a perfect place to watch the steam trains go by. There is a lovely outside seating area and inside there is everything you need for a wonderful stay.

sited beside a mill, this property is a lovely place to stay with plenty of attractions within 1 hours drive. the upstairs bedrooms and washrooms have low ceilings that restrict movement
