Stunning apartment with lovely views of the harbour, ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing break.. All on the Second Floor:

Living area: 26" Freeview TV, DVD Player
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Public car park, 300 yards, Just Park App costs £39 per week.. Water View is a superbly appointed second floor apartment located close to the harbour.
It is situated in the heart of the town with shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach and harbour close by. There are lovely open views from the living area where guests can enjoy watching the comings and goings of the local fishing and pleasure boats.
The decor is contemporary throughout and the furnishings and fabrics combine to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Beach ½ mile.
Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards. Free WiFi HOT WATER/HEATING The switches for the hot water and central heating are in the bedroom on the outside wall of the left hand side of the cupboard which houses the boiler. Please switch on the two top grey switches on the wall and then turn on the water switch on the boiler which is in the cupboard. For central heating, please also turn on the red switch on the left wall and then turn on the heating switch on the boiler. PLEASE TURN OFF THESE SWITCHES AT THE END OF YOUR STAY. - Stunning apartment with lovely views of the harbour, ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing break.

Great location to access all that Looe has to offer. Was nice to be able to go out for evening meals and drinks and just a short walk back. If you want a beach day weather permitting then ideal for this, only 5 minute walk.

Great location with an amazing view. There were quite a few stairs to access the apartment, this wasn't an issue for us, however could pose a problem for others. The apartment was clean and tidy and was very quiet. Would highly recommend.
