What a fabulous location, nestled in the heart of the North Laine within easy walking distance of the station and everything this wonderful city has to offer!. Ground Floor:

Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome, the Jubilee Library and the Royal Pavilion are all close by, and Brighton beach, the Palace Pier, The Lanes (with a wealth of independent jewellers and antique shops) and the i360 are all within easy reach too. After a hard day of shopping, exploring and sightseeing, step through the door and into the open plan sitting and dining room.

Lovely cottage, centrally located and a great base to explore Brighton from. We enjoyed the Royal Pavilion, the i360, a walk to Brighton Marina, a couple of museums and the Shaun the Sheep trail which was just reaching its close while we were there. Fabulous cottage and location. Very well equipped except the towels were rather small would bring my own next time.

It was a lovely house overall but it is in need of some TLC in certain areas. The front bedroom is showing signs of damp in the corner and the wall, as do some of the curtains, and the downstairs toilet pipe leaks making the floor wet.
