Beautiful sandy beaches are 40 minutes away, as well as the resort of Skegness, with its nature reserve, sandy beaches and amusements.
Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, has shops and restaurants.
There are walks and cycle routes from the door.
Shop 21/2 miles, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.
Enjoying open fields to the rear, this detached holiday cottage is situated on the edge of a village, yet only 1/2 mile from the village pub which is well known for excellent food and drink.
There are coarse fishing lakes 1/2 mile away, along with four nature reserves within 2 miles, ideal for walking, fishing and bird watching.

This was our 5th visit,so that should say it all.However on this occasion we noticed some minor problems roof leak,owner advised.Quite a bad doggie smell in living room.Could do with renewal of Carpets.We have been going since 2017.Mostly a lovely cottage just needs a little loving care as showing age

We love Beech cottage. We have been coming here for several years now and we enjoy the peace and relaxing atmosphere it exudes. The cottage is very well equipped and has everthing you should need, apart from a washing machine. The local area has a pub which does lovely meals. In the surrounding area Woodall Spa is the place to visit as there is an abundance of tea rooms and shops.

Very well equipped cottage , could do with the trees trimming down in the back garden as it was very shaded which was a shame as it was sunny quite a lot but left the garden in the shade .
