Upstairs, there is one superking and one king sized bedroom, both with ensuite, plus one double, one twin and a cosy bunk room.
Linens and fresh towels are provided for your stay.
The main bathroom is beautifully designed in heritage-style with a walk-in shower and a stunning slipper bath, perfect for long, relaxing soaks.
A stable door in the kitchen leads to a charming, cottage-style, enclosed garden; an idyllic space for children to play while you dine al fresco on the outdoor furniture.
A utility room with washer-dryer allows plentiful space to hang coats and dry walking boots after a day exploring all that the local area has to offer.
The Games Room is equipped for hours of fun with table tennis and a pool table.

I would highly recommend Cherry Tree house.
The accommodation is perfect for a big family. There were 10 of us aged from 1 year to 76 years. The table tennis was a great success for the two teenaged boys.
The kitchen had everything for your stay & the garden was lovely too. Lots to do in the area. We would certainly return again.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The house is so well equipped. Plenty of space for 10 adults to relax. Fabulous heating and wood burner. The standard is really high. Comfortable beds, hot water and a games room too.Locally we found nice walks everyday. Would recommend. Owners were very helpful.

Absolutely perfect! Amazing hosts with a superbly maintained property. We had a lovely time and it was great that a lovely pub and play area is literally within a 2 minute walk. If you’re intending on staying near Lincoln, this is definitely THE place to stay for a lovely break
