Come and discover this cosy and comfortable studio, ideally located in the hypercentre of Charleville-Mézières, just a stone's throw from the Place Ducale and the Rimbaud Museum! This 23 m² pied-à-terre will be the ideal place for a getaway for two! You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed, a shower room, a small entrance to enjoy an outdoor lunch as well as a shared courtyard and garden.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The studio : Located on the 1st floor, accessible by an external staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a raised dining table that can accommodate 2 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine... - A bedroom area separated by a curtain with a double bed and a large wardrobe. - A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet. Exterior: - The entrance to the accommodation has a small balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy a good meal outside! - Below, very quiet and shared with the other residents, a garden and a courtyard with sunbeds and benches are at your disposal.
The furniture is reserved for travellers. Nearby: - Musée de l'Ardennes and Place Ducale located at 350 m (4 minutes on foot) - Arthur Rimbaud Museum at 550 m (7 minutes on foot) - Notre-Dame Basilica 3 km away (7 minutes by car) - Parc de loisirs de la Warenne 4.2 km (12 minutes by car) - Reims located 93 km away (1 hour by car). Activities : Come and visit this pretty town via the Place Ducale (where many activities are offered), the Arthur Rimbaud Museum and the Ardennes Museum.
Don't forget to pass by the sumptuous Notre-Dame Basilica before cycling along the Meuse on the "Voie Verte" through the Regional Natural Park or the Sedan forest.
In summer, let yourself be tempted by a musical interlude at the Cabaret Vert Festival or in mid-September, make a diversion to the World Puppet Festival for a convivial moment. Transport : - Cycling: take advantage of the town's cycle paths, the towpath and the walks along the Meuse.
You can store your bikes safely in the courtyard or garden. - Bus Réseau Tac - "Nevers" stop serving all the stops in the city. - Charleville-Mézières train station located 900 m away (11 minutes on foot). Neighbourhood: This flat is ideally located in the heart of Charleville-Mézières near all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy, mini-market, bars, restaurants, shops, etc... Other remarks : - All accommodation is non-smoking. - As the accommodation is located in the city centre, nearby parking spaces are subject to a charge.

L'Alexandrin Logement très bien, très chaleureux bel emplacement proche du centre ville cinéma ect c'est parfait. Seul bémol sur l'annonce il était marqué départ 12h et par message nous avons dû partir pour 10h soit, malgré tout c'est une bonne location n'hésitez pas.
