Come and enjoy the mountains in all seasons! This 28 m² apartment is located in a 3* tourist residence, offering a wide range of services, including a lounge with billiards, and a superb mountain-view terrace.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

Direct access to ski lifts.
Small pets accepted.
The apartment: Located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: Fitted living room with : - Sitting area with sofa bed, TV - Dining table for 4 people - Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker... - Access to balcony via large bay window Sleeping area: - One bedroom with double bed. - Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer. - Separate WC.
Exterior: - 5 m² north-west-facing balcony to enjoy the sun at the end of the day.
It is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs in summer, to enjoy a good meal, facing the splendid mountain panorama. - Large terrace shared with other residents, equipped with a ping-pong table and outdoor tables and chairs, to enjoy the magnificent mountain views. - Private parking space in the residence parking lot.
Free parking spaces are located just outside the residence.
Shared heated indoor pool, accessible only during the residence's opening periods: school vacations from Christmas to the end of March, and during July and August.
Opening dates are non-contractual.

Nearby: - Located at the foot of the slopes, within the 170 km Espace Diamant ski area, the apartment is close to the Crest-Voland and Les Saisies resorts. - Ski rental 100 m away - Ski lifts 50 m away - Cheese shop 500 m away - Flumet town center with its many shops 3 km away: Bars, Pubs, Food shops, Caterers, Tobacconists / Press, Bookshops, Gifts / Souvenirs, Regional products, Delicatessens, Hairdressers, Well-being, Bakeries, Jewelers, Restaurants, Butchers / Delicatessens, Sports stores, Producers, Farm sales, Laundromat. - Praz sur Arly 4 km - Megève 8 km Activities : In winter, the Diamant ski area, with 170 km of runs, offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing...
But there are plenty of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the air with a hot-air balloon ride! In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim on the beach at the Flumet lake, go trail running or climbing at the Carrière site, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.
Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce direct from the producers: milk, cheese, meat, etc...
You can even make your own Reblochon! Transport : - There are shuttle buses to the village and other nearby villages - Cab to Flumet and Bus Station to Megève. - The best solution for greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).

Logement conforme à nos attentes, juste la vue qui a légèrement changer car les arbres ont grandit, sinon tout était très bien
Très bon séjour . Il y a tjrs des petits aléas, mais tant que ce n’est pas trop grave.

Appartement très bien, bien situé, bien agencé et joli.
Pour récupérer les clés, personne alors que j’avais donné l’heure d’arrivée, mais après avoir téléphoné, ça s’est arrangé.
Pas d’eau chaude, j’ai dû mettre le chauffe eau « en forcé ». donc peut-être petite révision du chauffe eau.
Pas de lit bébé alors que j’en avais fait la demande, ma petite fille de 2 ans a dormit sur le canapé avec son frère.
