Well laid out and comfortable throughout, the cottage features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with wooden floors and a welcoming wood burner stove, making it a great spot to unwind after a day outdoors.
Set within the shared gardens of Brittas Bay Park Holiday Village, this pretty detached coastal cottage has a traditional feel and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. Comfortable furnishings and bright interiors create an easy-going space for families or groups.

Local Area & Tourist Attractions Brittas Bay has been awarded the ‘European Union Blue Flag several times. This beautiful 5km stretch of sand and dunes, is designated as a Special Area of Conservation. Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop and Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months. Bay Cafe is a well-known café located beside D Store, this popular café serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily.

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
• Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
• Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the arrival information sent in the final payment confirmation).

Fantastisch
I had experience with an identical home in this development about 2 months ago. This home was perfect for our needs. It was an emergency situation, the people at Trident arranged the rental in a matter of minutes. My thanks to Billy for recommending Trident and Laura for arranging the rental at short notice.

location, the layout of the cottage, having a wee "garden", how well kitchen was equipped.
There are some practical things that would be useful - coat rack (as there is nowhere to put the coats so these are constantly in a way), drying line or drying rack for wet clothes (given it is Ireland and it rains a lot), bucket and a mop, kitchen is good but there is little space to store non-perishable food
