House built in the nineteenth century and completely renovated in the 90s.
It offers a private garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The access is through the communal area by stairs.
Residencial Mas Xargay offers different common areas such as the parking for private vehicles, a porch with a tennis table, solarium garden and 12x5 pool with the corresponding shower.
All this in a common area of more than 700 m2 overlooking the fields and the Montgrí massif.
The house, attached by the west facade, is distributed on two floors.
It offers in its more than 200 m2 built, the following distribution: Ground floor: Access to the terrace and the private garden, access to the house, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, suite with bathroom equipped with shower, stairs to the first floor.

It’s the second time we have booked Mas Xargay, and we loved it just as much as last year. The house is beautiful and spacious, and feels private and calm. The shared facilities, including the pool and table tennis were very welcome too. We will come again!

Hello Oscar. We were very happy with this apartment. Albons is very calm and beautiful. The location was ok by car. The apartment is very nice. Especially the old brickwork and the garden. It had a very special charm. The equipment was very good. There was nothing missing. And the pool is beautiful. We had a very nice holiday. Many thanks for everything.
