Cozy and comfortable 36 sqm studio apartment for 3 people with a double bed and a folding bed, located on the first floor of a recently renovated period building, without lift.
Balcony with table and two chairs for relaxing in the evening. The apartment overlooks the covered market, a few steps from the Castle and the Town Hall, and enjoys a central location (ZTL - traffic restricted area), but remains quiet. The inside is organized as follows: Living area: kitchen equipped with mocha, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and kitchen utensils. Sleeping area: raised double bed with gate, folding single bed and television. Bathroom: shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer, split air conditioning. Other services available: fan, unlimited free wifi, iron board, clothes rack and clothes hanger, split air conditioning. OTHER INFORMATION: -The apartment can accommodate children (gate for children to prevent access to the raised bed and socket covers in unused sockets). - There is an internal step that divides the living area from the sleeping area. PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests. Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out. MOVEMENTS: - From Ferrara railway station, it is possibile to take bus n. 1/6/9/11/331 to "Cavour P. Beretta" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment in 15 minutes on foot from the station. - From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi; - For those travelling by car, the apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL). It is possible to park (for a fee) at the garage in Piazza Scarati, open 24 hours a day, a 3-minute walk from the property (free on holidays). The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in. USEFUL INFORMATION: Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara. L'appartamento è accogliente e ha tutti i comfort necessari per chi vuole fare colazione o mangiare a casa. Gli spazi sono piccini ma perfettamente vivibili e belli. si trova in una posizione fantastica. A 5 minuti a piedi si trova anche l'enorme parcheggio gratuito ex-mof in cui lasciare la macchina senza problemi.

Localização e limpeza.
Da cama que fica num mezanino e precisava subir e de um degrau no meio da sala que me fez cair duas vezes. Sou idosa e precisava ser avisada deste degrau.

L’appartamento era molto bello e attaccato a tutte le attrazioni della città, peccato però che in cucina era piena di formiche, c’era un sacco di rumore durante la notte e c’è stato il problema delle zanzare. Inoltre è stato molto complicato il processo di registrazione del check-in.
