The apartment is on the second floor of a building, without lift.

In 45 square meters of space, it is divided over two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed and a double bedroom.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (traffic-limited area).

LIVING AREA. Living room with double sofa bed and television, kitchen equipped with moka pot, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils.


SLEEPING AREA. Double bedroom.


BATHROOM. Complete with shower box, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine room.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: private parking space inside the courtyard, split air conditioning, free unlimited wifi, iron, clothesline and mosquito nets.


ATTENTION: The loft is NOT accessible.


PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.

From Ferrara railway station
take bus n. 2 and get off at "Piangipane Kennedy" stop, then go on five minutes on foot.

Journey time, about 20 minutes.


From Bologna Marconi airport
Take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale and continue by train to Ferrara.

From Ferrara railway station take bus n. 2 and get off at "Piangipane Kennedy" stop, then go on five minutes on foot.

Journey time, about 1 hour and 25 minutes.


The apartment is located in the ZTL (traffic-limited area). The flat has a free internal parking, so you will be provided with a special pass for free access. Authorization for entry and private parking is available with registration of the car's plate which will be sent on the day of check-in.


USEFUL INFORMATION
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at via Montebello 46 B from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).

Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.at a cost of 30 euros.
