The apartment is located in the center, a 5-minute walk from the Basilica of S. Antonio and Prato Della Valle.
It is accessible from the station (the bus stop is a few steps away) as the tram stop is 300 meters away.
The Prato Della Valle neighborhood is one of the most beautiful in the whole city! The immense green space of the Prato, the large pedestrian street that starts from here to cross the entire city center, the many shops, cafes and restaurants make it a magical place.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, not suitable for the disabled.
In 40 square meters of space, overlooking the internal courtyard, it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm. For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00). Zona molto comoda, tutto raggiungibile a piedi o con tram. Abbiamo parcheggiato macchina all'arrivo su strisce bianche e ripresa solo per ripatire. Affaccio su giardino con balcone per pausa caffe' . Casa fruibile e letto comodo anche per marito alto 1.93...

The location was great, the host is responsive, the house is clean and has anything you might need. We had a very pleasant stay. Tram is nearby, there are supermarkets too. Most importantly it’s next to Prato.

Everything was very nice! Check-In was not flexible, but very easy. The apartment was clean & had a beautiful balcony. Everything was in walkable distance. Communication was smooth, when we had a problem it was fixed immediately.
