Roomy and quiet 80 sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a historic building (dating back to the late 1500s) without lift.
The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Parma (ZTL - Traffic Restricted Area), a few steps from the main monuments of the city, such as the Duomo, Palazzo della Pilotta and Teatro Regio. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and 40-inch TV; - KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (Lavazza capsule), dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and table; - BEDROOM with double bed, desk, clothes hanger and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, portable air conditioner, fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and drying rack. Baby cot and high chair available on request. - From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 6 to “Viale Toschi Via Bettoli” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. - From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 10 minutes. - If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee (€ 9 per day) at H24 Duc Parking car park, a 4-minute walk from the property. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival. La casa está muy bien ubicada , las cama y sábanas impecables , el living es muy amplio , la cocina completa para cocinar , el centro histórico queda cerca de llegar caminando , hay un supermercado también muy cercano, definitivamente es para volverlo a rentar si regresamos a Parma .

Spacious, traditional apartment with lots of old school charm. A little further from the centre compared to other options but still manageable. Would recommend for a few days in Parma.

Everything was like it was described. The place was clean and the beds were set up when we arrived. Parma is a beautiful city, very walkable with lots of places to eat. The one caveat was the shower. It was an odd waterfall spigot, did the job but was not comfortable at all and sprayed water all over the floor if you didn’t close the door.
