Cozy apartment perfect for 7 guests is located in the San Salvario district, one of the central districts of Turin, famous for its Art Nouveau and Baroque style buildings.
We are in a strategic position: a few meters from the metro station, 4 stops from the central station Porta Nuova, 10 minutes walk from the famous Parco del Valentino, very close to the main hospitals of Turin and the University.
Perfect as a base to visit the wonders of Turin! This comfortable and spacious 85 sq.mt apartment is located on the second floor of a period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled) and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults. LIVING AREA: with a single sofa bed, a single bed and a relaxation corner CICINA: living room with dining area, equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka, plates, glasses and cutlery. BEDROOM 1: has a queen bed and wardrobe BEDROOM 2: with a queen bed (which can be divided into 2 singles) and a single bed BATHROOM: with shower cabin and bidet. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including: independent heating with boiler and thermostat, air conditioning (in the kitchen, in summer if switched on it is enough to refresh a large part of the apartment), unlimited wifi, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer, a cradle for babies, high chair for small children. The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Please note: completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment This property offers self-check-in. The San Salvario district is served by numerous public transports and is surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors and interesting trendy bars. In the characteristic Piazzetta Donatello, which also overlooks the church of the Sacred Heart of Mary, is the Casa del Quartiere, a space dedicated to social, cultural and entertainment activities.
Also very close is the Teatro Colosseo, in Via Madama Cristina; a few meters further on, the characteristic fruit and vegetable market is held every morning. Close to the apartment there are also three supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours. Very close are the Parco del Valentino, which houses the Medieval Village, fascinating testimony of the 1884 Turin Exposition, and the Valentino Castle, which houses the Faculty of Architecture. The Lingotto Exhibition Center, home to many important events including the International Book Fair, is just five subway stops away; the Molinette Hospital Complex is just three stops away, the Porta Nuova railway station one stop away. Le logement était fidèle à la description.
Les instructions étaient tres claires, la climatisation nous a été très agréable, et l'hôte était tres réactif quand nous avons eu des questions à poser.
L'espace est confortable, les équipements nickel, le métro est au pied de l'immeuble et en voiture nous avons pu nous garer sans pb.
Je recommande ce logement, même pour les familles !

L’appartement etait assez bruyant du fait que la cage d’escalier donnait sur l’exterieur
Nous avons du redemander de la vaisselle car une seule petite cuillére pour 4 et on nous en a ramené que 4 pour 4 personnes

Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso
Ottima posizione vicinissima alla metropolitana
L’impianto di aria condizionata non è all’altezza, c’è un solo split in cucina che ovviamente non fa nulla nelle camere da letto.
