We are in the Gavinana district, a residential area full of shops, restaurants and clubs just 10 minutes by car from the historic center. The private room comfortably accommodates two people, and is ideal for stays of two, for work or leisure purposes. For those who prefer a well-stocked and quiet location. Room located on the first floor of a small villa of the early 1900s, without a lift, where there are other private rooms used for tourist purposes.

From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach the apartment as follows: take the Line T2 and get off at the "Rosselli" stop, then take line 353A and get off at the "Viale Giannotti" stop, just 200m from the flat. From Santa Maria Novella station, the structure can be reached in less than 20 minutes, by the 350A line with the final stop "Viale Giannotti", just 200m from the apartment. The flat is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone, therefore it is easily reachable by car and it is possible to park on the street.
