Exclusive apartment perfect for 4 guests located in the very center of Padua, in the luxury shopping street, immersed in the magic of the "squares", a stone's throw from the Scrovegni Chapel, the Bo, the Palazzo della Ragione, the Duomo and 15 minutes walk from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio.
The accommodation, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, is ideal for exploring the beauties of Padua by staying in the most elegant district of the city! The space Exclusive design apartment of 130 square meters of cicra is located on the second floor of an elegant building without a lift.
Perfect for 4 people it is located in the historic center just a few steps from Piazza dei Signori and the Scrovegni Chapel.
The opportunity not to be missed! Internally the accommodation consists of: ROOM 1: elegant master bedroom equipped with a queen bed 160x200 and wardrobe.
ROOM 2: with 2 single beds (of 80x200) and wardrobe LIVING ROOM: with relaxation corner, sofa and Smart TV (ONLY film with NETFLIX). DINING ROOM: with design dining table and sitting area KITCHEN: has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
BATHROOM 2: with bathtub and bidet ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WIFI, air conditioning (4 split), independent heating with the boiler, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
ATTENTION: The TV is only available in smart TV mode.
Therefore, digital terrestrial channels will NOT be accessible.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Our stay was really lovely! Centrally located, surrounded by shop and restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious (the washed and dryer was fantastic to have) Highly recommended!
