This comfortable apartment with balcony can host up to 6 people.
The building is located in Porta Nuova area, a few minutes walk away from the station.
Inside the city center Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL), the apartment is in a strategic position to visit all the city's main points of interest, both on foot or with public transportation's help.
During your stay you can easily find all the necessary comforts in the neighborhood. This 100 sqm apartment is located on the first floor, without a lift, of a building dating back to the 1800s Napoleonic era. Renovated and well organized, the interior is divided as follows: LIVING ROOM: large living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony. BEDROOM 1: double bed, walk-in closet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. BEDROOM 2: double bed, desk, bookcase / shelves, chest of drawers and TV. KITCHEN: 5 burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and moka. BATHROOM 1: bath / shower, WC and bidet. BATHROOM 2: shower, WC and bidet. OTHER SERVICES: independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two fans. PLEASE NOTE: If you are traveling with small children, pay attention to the glass table positioned between the sofas in the living area Located inside the city center area, just a few minutes walk from Porta Nuova Station, in the neighborhood you can find all the services and amenities you'll need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars. Distances: 1km from Mole Antonelliana and Cinema Museum, reachable by lines 6/18/68. 1.2km from Piazza San Carlo and the Egyptian Museum, reachable by Star 2 line. 1.6km from Piazza Castello and Palazzo Madama, reachable by the Star 2 line. 1.7km from Royals Museum and San Giovanni Battista Cathedral (where it is possible to find the Chapel of the Holy Shroud) reachable by the Star 2 line. 2.5km from the "Politecnico di Torino" reachable by line 15. Very good location, very spacios (2 bath 😀) with all you need to have a pleasent stay. The best thing was the price, (80euro/night for 3 pers, including the city tax) very good for the location and size of the flat.
The main bath needs some work, as when it rains there is some whater ingress in the ceiling in the back, but its not affecting the use of the bath.

Le logement était bien placé, facile d'accès et calme. Les lits confortables et les pièces propres.
Il y n'y avait aucun complément d’agrément. Pas de café, pas d'eau, pas de savon, pas d'éponge, le stricte minimum de papier toilette, des difficultés pour avoir de l'eau chaude.

Posizione. Ad un passo dal centro storico. Appartamento grande e bello luminoso e ordinato
Qualche attenzione in più ai piccoli particolari: portasapone nella doccia un po’ datato e la mancanza di un pattumino in bagno.
