The space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware; - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and TV; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box; - STORAGE ROOM. Further facilities available for guests: independent heating, free WiFi, split AC in the kitchen, in the bedroom and living room, washer-dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center and from here you can easily visit all the main points of interest in the city, like the beautiful Basilica di Santa Croce.

From the flat you can reach in about 10 minutes on foot, by taking stairs or uphill road, Forte Belvedere, and passing through the Rose Garden, you can also reach Piazzale Michelangelo, the most important terrace in Florence, that is reproduced in countless postacards, a must for tourists visiting the city. -From the Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by T2 line Unita to Alamanni - Stazione Santa Maria Novella stop and here you can take the 370A line San Casciano Autostazione to Viale Galileo V stop, a 10 minutes walk away from the flat. -From Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach the apartment in a 30 minutes walk or by taking C4 “Presidio Ospedaliero Palagi” line, from Stazione Scalette to Ponte alle Grazie stop, a 7 minutes walk from the flat. If you're travelling by car, please pay attention to the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL) access. It is possible to park for a fee at Garage dei Tintori, 10 minutes away on foot from the house, or at Garage Palazzo Vecchio, 15 minutes away.
