This stylish and modern apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is located in the Specola area, opposite the Astrophysical Observatory in one of the most charatteristic districts of Padua.
To the side of the building is the oratory of San Michele, Prato della Valle is only a 10-minute walk away.
Apartment is very quiet and equipped with every comfort - WiFi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Smart TV and a fabulous internal garden.
The opportunity not to be missed! Quiet and very comfortable apartment of about 35 square meters is located on the ground floor of a characteristic building. BEDROOM: equipped with a queen bed and a wardrobe. LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, sofa and Smart TV KITCHEN: on sight it has a fridge, stove, microwave, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. BATHROOM: with shower and bidet. GARDEN 20 sqm: a truly enchanted place, furnished with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. FURTHER SERVICES: WIFI, air conditioning (1 split), independent heating regulated remotely, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. Great place for a couple for a short stay, cozy vibes, and quiet neighbourhood near the city-centre. Upon arriving we encountered a problem with ants wandering everywhere on the floor and in the kitchen, but the host was responsive and immediately provided a solution. I am very happy with the overall experience.

Very safe neighborhood, 30 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to the city center. In winter time make sure to pack warm clothes because it was a bit chilly in the apartment.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und toll gelegen. leider haben wir aber direkt einen unangenehmen Geruch gemerkt, als wir reingekommen sind. an den Wänden waren dann auch schon deutliche schwarze Schimmelsporen zu erkennen. für einen Kurzaufenthalt kann man die Wohnung noch nutz...
