Modern and spacious apartment perfect for 5 guests is located in the Santa Rita area, a residential and very quiet area, a 10-minute walk from Prato della Valle and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio and 5 minutes from the main hospitals.
Nearby you can find all the services: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, patisseries, supermarkets, public transport.
The house is equipped with every comfort: WiFi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace.
Free street parking! Our comfortable 120m2 apartment is located on the seventh floor of a modern apartment building with a lift.
Internally the house consists of: - BEDROOM 1: double bed and wardrobe - BEDROOM 2: two single beds - LIVING AREA: large living room with relaxation corner, dining area and single sofa bed - KITCHEN: kitchen with dining area, equipped with fridge, freezer, induction cookers, traditional oven, electric kettle, moka pot and cooking utensils - BATHROOM: bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and WC Towels and bed linen available to all guests Terrace furnished with table and chairs to relax outdoors and enjoy the beautiful view of the city - the basilica of Santo and Santa Giustina.
Large communal garden.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split- in the sleeping area between the bedrooms and at the entrance), TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, central heating.
Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).

Heel geschikt en ruim appartement voor een wat langer verblijf in Padua. Ruime keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer.
Historisch centrum goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer of te voet. Groene buurt en twee balkons, een op het noorden en een op het westen. Ik miste wel wat comfortabele stoelen, zowel binnen als buiten.
‘Lovely terrace’ suggereert meer dan er in feite was.

Ev sıcacıktı,radyatörler yanıyordu.iki asansör vardı. Derspar market çok yakındı, alışveriş için. Manzara çok güzeldi. Tertemiz iki oda bir salon ve mutfak vardı. Mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan tüm ekipmanlar vardı. Büyük mutfak masası kullanışlıydı. Emeği geçenlere teşekkür ediyorum. Eve gelmeden önce anahtar almak için ofisi çok aradık. Evde uzak bir yerdeydi.
