Bright and quiet 55 sqm apartment with balcony, which can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people, several steps to access to it).
The property is located in Santa Margherita Ligure, a beautiful town on the "Riviera di Levante", a few minutes on foot from the beaches and the center with all its attractions.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
PAY ATTENTION: NO LIFT AVAILABLE TILL 31/01/2024.
NOISE AND DUST IN THE BUILDING DUE TO WORKS IN PROGRESS MAY BE EXPECTED The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob - 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, toaster, juicer and kitchenware), sofa bed, 32 inch TV, dining table and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY with small table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.
We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
The city tax of €2.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 10 nights, as provided by the municipality of Santa Margherita Ligure. - From Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, by taking the regional train from Genoa Cornigliano station (10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Santa Margherita Ligure station, about 10 minutes on foot from the property. - From Genoa Piazza Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about an hour by taking the regional train to Santa Margherita Ligure station, just over 10 minutes on foot from the property. - From Santa Margherita Ligure station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in just over 10 minutes on foot. - If you are traveling by car, free street parking is available near the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the large "Riviera Autoparco", in Via Favale 46, open 24 hours a day, a 5-minute walk from the property.
