The apartment welcomes guests with a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a TV, and a kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.
The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with a dining table and chairs, offering a lovely view of the lake and the park.
The apartment also includes a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower and sanitary facilities.
The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.
Swim caps are required. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and in the hinterland, agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses.
Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well-connected to the main attractions.
The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a cliff overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The highlight of the residence is its open and communal spaces; the large communal green park of 10,000 square meters offers space for children's games along with a small playground area equipped with swings and ping-pong; the swimming pool, divided into two areas, one shallow and one for adults, is characterized by its total lake view and its proximity to the lake, allowing guests of this splendid residence to relax in the water feeling the waves of the lake break on the beach.
Verona Airport is only a 45-minute drive from the Residence.

Alles (außer Bad) schon etwas gebraucht, aber sauber. Vollkommen ok.👍

Das alles da war. Ich musste weder Spülmittel, Schwamm, Geschirrtuch noch Küchentücher oder Toilettenpapier kaufen. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche war vorhanden. Für Mopedreisende ein Traum. Anlage ist superschön. Und die Ausstattung ist super. Alles da, was man benötigt. Immer wieder gerne.
Das einer meiner Vorgänger die Bialetti nass in den Schrank zurück gestellt hat

Die Polstermöbel in dem Apartment sollten mal ausgetauscht werden, da es weder auf der Couch noch auf der Sitzgruppe am Tisch möglich ist bequem zu sitzen

Dejligt sted - smuk udsigt og med kort køreafstand til lækre strande og smukke byer. Eneste minus - at man skulle have en badehat på i poolen.
