Come and stay in this magnificent air-conditioned apartment with a splendid sea view and a view of the maquis in Coti-Chiavari, Corsica!
Let yourself be seduced by its modern lines, the clarity and comfort of its 80 m² interior, not to mention its proximity to the coast and all amenities, all of which make this the ideal place to stay with family or friends for up to 4 people.
The apartment comprises a large, bright living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The apartment also has a terrace where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the splendid panorama. Bed linen and towels provided.

The apartment: Located on the 1st floor and accessible via a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful, bright living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa-bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player and a dining area with a table for up to 6 guests. - A kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, storage space and access to terrace. - Bedroom 2: two single beds, storage space and access to the terrace. - Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and hairdryer. - A shower room with shower and WC. Exterior: - A large 30 m² north-east-facing terrace, ideal for a summer in Corsica! It's furnished with two cane awnings, garden furniture, two sun loungers and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal overlooking the sea and the maquis! Nearby: - Verghia beach 600 m away (9 min. walk). - Mare é Sole beach 2 km away (4 min. by car). - Île de Piana, accessible by kayak or boat, and even on foot via a sandbar. - Ajaccio 30 km away (39 min by car). - Gorges de Prunelli located 40.5 km away (48 min by car). Le Luciani "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Coti-Chiavari à proximité de la magnifique plage d'argent.
L'appartement est spacieux, agréable et très bien équipé. Chose rare, la literie est d'excellente qualité.

Le Luciani "Très bel appartement, conforme aux photos, situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et au calme.
La plage la plus proche est magnifique (Mare e sole) et accessible en 5 minutes en voiture. De belles randonnées sont à faire à proximité !
Le seul petit bémol s...
