THE RESIDENTIAL AREA IS QUIET AND UNTRAVELED.
The accommodation, the environment, and the outdoors are ideal for the little ones in the house.
TARRACO HAS SPECTACULAR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SPACES, COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS TO ENJOY WITH COMPANY.
Besides drawing and doing puzzles, you can also play table football and use the basketball hoop and soccer goals at the front of the house to enjoy the outdoors even more.

The house is spread over 3 floors.
MAIN FLOOR
On this main floor, we find the DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, a DOUBLE BEDROOM, and a BATHROOM with a shower.
It is at the same level as the GARDEN and POOL, there is access to the garden where there is a nice CHILL OUT area, also a comfortable space to eat, just in front of the kitchen.
The dining-living room has AC.
UPSTAIRS
There is where are the rest of the double bedrooms (3).
1 BEDROOM with terrace and private bathroom and 2 BEDROOMS sharing a bathroom.
The suite has AC, the rest have fans.
DOWNSTAIRS
There is a GAME'S ZONE, ideally smaller than the house.
The house has a PRIVATE POOL in the same property and, in the neighborhood community, there is also an AREA with a LARGE SHARED POOL.
You can easily park in front of your house, within the same residential area.
Very close to the house, you will find the Cal Jalpí Park, it is a charming and well-kept large park that has trails for cycling or walking.
That is why the owners make available bicycles of various sizes to go on the trails and discover the area. Bicycles must be requested in advance and at the latest on the day of arrival during the welcome.

Street access is private and only used by residents of the urbanization.
Vehicles cannot enter the property, but they can be parked for free on the street, respecting the neighbor's garages.

We expect our guests to respect the dress code and rules of use, as well as not enter the house with wet clothes.

Residents in the neighborhood community have access to the facilities.
Access rules, clothing requirements, and pool hours must be followed. They are available in the pool area and you can request them in advance.
For example, it is mandatory to take a shower before bathing in the pool.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is between Arenys de Munyt and Arenys de Mar which is the village with one of the largest fishing ports in Catalonia.
We usually recommend it to all our guests to enjoy very good fresh fish and seafood, just freshly caught.
Also, you can go to any xiri (small beach restaurants) to taste a real paella or have a drink with typical tapas!
The house is 10 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the centre of Barcelona. We are very lucky for our location, close to Barcelona, but with all the advantages of being in a quiet town, close to the coast to enjoy the sea, the beach and all our gastronomic offers.

- 10 minutes drive from Arenys beach
- 15 minutes drive to the entrance of the Montnegre Natural Park and the Corridor

HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.
- Own vehicle: We consider it essential for more independence. (Read the Barcelona section if you are planning to visit the city with vehicles registered outside Spain)
Sometimes having a vehicle gives you more independence to explore more places or is more comfortable going shopping. Once in the centre of the village, you can move on foot, by taxi or by train, using the bus or you can travel by combining them.

There are different services and lines that connect Alella with the surroundings and Barcelona
-TAXI: There is a regular TAXIS service.
All services must be booked in advance.
- BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.
-TRAIN: The closest train station is ARENYS DE MAR.
The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 35 and 40 minutes.
BARCELONA
The city is about 30-40 minutes by car. Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.

- All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
- During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
- Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.

Éramos 7 (4 adultos y 3 niños) que alquilamos la casa. Nos lo pasamos muy bien. Muy linda casa y una zona exterior muy bonita. Zona tranquila. Recomendable tener coche. Muchos lugares agradables para visitar a poca distancia en coche. Anfitriones muy agradables que respondieron rápidamente y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones geniales. ¡Recomendado!

We had a lovely stay at Sónia & Helenas place.
Clean, private, lovely and spacious.
We have a 1 year old so the stairs we had to monitor but other than that our older kids loved the play room that had lots of fun toys and ofcourse the pool and basketball hoop.
